In this beautiful editorial, captured by the talented Isabelle of 2 Brides Photography, the love story of Ceanté and Filip is brought to life. The couple, having spent years together and engaged in late 2020, had to delay their wedding due to the pandemic, making this editorial a special moment in their journey.

The photos Isabelle took are elegant, understated, and timeless, each one telling a story of love, patience, and anticipation. The couple had been separated for over three months before the shoot, as Filip worked as a captain on a cruise ship, making the experience of this editorial even more meaningful. It allowed them to envision their future wedding and reignited their excitement for the day they would finally marry.

The love they share is clearly present in the images, where their joy and connection shine through. The day was filled with smiles, and their favourite part was seeing each other for the first time and exchanging heartfelt vows. “It felt like our day,” they said.

For this editorial, the aim was to combine romantic, soft touches with the light, spacious aesthetic of Scandinavian design. Ceanté’s dress from The Wow Closet, paired with flawless hair and makeup by Anna and Alina, made her radiate elegance, while Filip’s classic white tux from Östermalms Fracks & Smoking added timeless sophistication. And who doesn't adore a white tux?

Svartsjö Castle, with its stunning details and neutral interior, served as the perfect backdrop. Inspired by its grandeur, I chose a colour palette of dusty blue, pale pink, and soft whites. The decor was kept simple and elegant, with heirloom candlesticks, silver cutlery, and stoneware plates. To add depth and warmth to the table, I used washed linen napkins and a delicate lilac on each place card. The beautiful stationery suite, including the invitation and place cards, was created by Helena Krüger at Blecktorn Design.

Flowers played an essential role in setting the romantic mood, and Emilie at Floremija truly brought the design to life with her exquisite all-white and light pink floral arrangements. From garden roses to ranunculus and lilacs, the blooms added a touch of early spring charm.

This editorial was designed to be timeless—an inspiration that will endure for years to come. The result is a collection of images that perfectly reflect the love between Ceanté and Filip, as well as the fine art approach I strive to bring to every design.
