THE STORY BEHIND WAHLMAN WEDDINGS

 

Wahlman Weddings was founded in 2018 by Karolina Wahlman who wanted to offer couples mindful planning and create celebrations fully focused on their personalities, stories and wishes, giving them an opportunity to start their marriages in the best way possible!

Over the years we have planned and styled weddings worldwide and we continue to treat each celebration with the same dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism it deserves.

MEET KAROLINA

Founder. Planner. Stylist. Coordinator. Friend. Wife. Mother. Sister. Colleague. Creator. Thinker. Doer. Reader. Traveller. Foodie. Yogi. Skiier. Rider. Hiker. Sailor.

I want you to have a celebration that is naturally beautiful, timeless yet modern and full of personality. I want you to enjoy the planning journey and fall even deeper in love with one another during it.

For me, there is nothing more fantastic than when you share your love story and wishes for the wedding with me. I am dedicated to guide and encourage you so you feel calm and inspired all the way through.

With empathy, kindness and professionalism, I’m creating a celebration you and your guests will remember forever. We work together and I will be involved as much or as little as you wish.

I would love to hear your story!

After having worked in every aspect of the event industry on an international level, it was the realisation I could combine my love for people’s stories, beautiful objects and planning that I set up Wahlman Weddings.

My studies in Psychology and Project Management have proved to be very useful together with my Diploma in 'Wedding planning, styling, and design' from the globally recognised Wedding Academy.

Together with my business partner Madeleine (who is a very talented wedding florist), I run the company Atelier M&K and have founded the largest network for professionals in the wedding industry in Sweden: Bröllopskollegor.

When I’m not planning or styling weddings, I spend my time exploring the world with my son, practising yoga, reading books and hanging out with my family and friends. I married the love of my life, my Italian husband Daniele, on a sunny Monday in August 2020.

Travelling, seeing new beautiful places, cooking as well as eating delicious food and sipping on a glass of sparkling (or two) is what I enjoy the most.
